1. Nature of Agency & Non-Affiliation

You acknowledge that AdByte Digital LLC acts as a third-party intermediary. We provide information and facilitate connections to service providers. We do not own, manage, or maintain the internet or cable infrastructure. All service contracts are ultimately between you and the specific provider (e.g., Optimum).

2. Accuracy of Address-Based Queries

Availability and pricing provided over the phone are based on the information provided by the third-party ISPs at that specific moment. We are not responsible for discrepancies in final billing or service speeds delivered by the provider.

3. TCPA Consent (Phone & SMS)

By calling us or providing your phone number, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Internet and Cable Services at AdByte Digital LLC or the third-party providers we connect you with regarding your service request, even if you are on a “Do Not Call” registry.

4. Limitation of Liability

AdByte Digital LLC shall not be liable for any service interruptions, equipment failures, or billing disputes arising from your agreement with the final service provider. Our role is strictly limited to consultation and referral.
